By booking a session with Pahliney Coaching, you agree to the following:

Coaching is not therapy. Pahliney Coaching provides coaching, mentoring, general wellness education and behavioral support for children, teens and families. It is not psychotherapy, counseling, medical care or legal advice, and it does not diagnose or treat any condition. If your child needs mental health, medical or legal support, please consult a licensed professional in that field. Gareth's qualifications were earned outside the United States.

Parents and guardians. All sessions for children under 18 are booked by, and with the consent of, a parent or guardian. A parent or guardian is kept informed and may attend any session.

Confidentiality. What is shared in sessions is kept confidential and will not be disclosed without consent, except where required by law or where there is a concern for a child's safety.

​

Your responsibility. Coaching supports growth, but outcomes depend on many factors. Pahliney Coaching does not guarantee specific results.

Cancellations. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed, are charged in full. See our Refund Policy for details.
